木材を使わず、扱いやすい型枠の新工法を開発いたしました。

U-Sepa is for the new construction method of formwork tie.

40㎡の型枠を53分で完成させました。

Assembling instruction

Uセパ下準備
Preparation:

Uセパ中上段用の上下ガイド部分をペンチ等で必要個数分折り曲げる（左から出荷状態・上段用・中段用）

Bend necessary parts of middle and upper U-Sepas at the tabs by pinchers.(from the left; original, upper U-Sepas, middle U-Sepa)

Uセパ中上段用・下段用をB型セパレーターで組み立てる

Put middle and upper U-Sepas and lower U-Sepas together with tie rod conections.

Uセパ下段用の固定

Fixing at the lower U-Sepa

①で組み立てたUセパ下段用をコンクリート釘・ピンやボルトで固定

Fix the lower U-Sepas with concrete nails, pins, or screws.

一段目型枠取り付け

Fixing at the first layer

Uセパ下段用の型枠取り付け部分に型枠をはめ込む

Set a mold form into the parts of lower U-Sepas.

Uセパ中段用取り付け

Fixing at the middle layer

①で組み立てたUセパ中段用を型枠上部にはめ込む

Set middle U-Sepas into the upper parts of the mold form.

二段目以降型枠取り付け

Fixing other layers

④で取り付けたUセパ中段用上部ガイドに型枠をはめ込む④～⑤を必要段数分繰り返す

Set the mold form into the top position of middle U-Sepas. Repeat IV and V as necessary.

Uセパ上部用取り付け

Fixing upper U-Sepa

①で組み立てたUセパ上段用を型枠最上部に取り付ける

Set upper U-Sepas at the top of the mold form.

Uセパ下段用U字金具取り付け

Fixing u-shaped metal fittings of lower U-Sepas

Uセパ下段用にU字金具を差し込む

Set u-shaped mettle fittings into lower U-Sepas.

パイプ締め付け
Tighten the stubs

パイプをガイド部分にはめ込み、Uセパ中・上段用引っ掛け部分にカバー金具を掛け、スリット部分に中段用くさびを差し込む。

Set stubs (steel pipes) into mounting positions. Put brackets into the hooks of middle and upper U-Sepas and put wedges for the middle U-Sepa into the slits.

Uセパ下段用スリット部分に下段用くさびを差し込む。その際にU字金具のスリットを同時に通す。

Put wedges for the lower U-Sepas and u-shaped metal fittings together into slits.

※U字金具は必ず取り付けてください。Uセパ下段用の変形・破損につながります。

説明用にUセパ中上段・下段を赤、カバー金具を白、くさびを青、U字金具を緑、型枠を透明、その他黄色にて表現しています。商品には着色はございません。形状は開発中のものとなります。若干製品と異なる場合があります。カバー金具・くさび・U字金具再使用の際は傷・損傷等無いかよくご確認の上ご使用ください。

For instruction, color the parts as below
red: U-Sepas, white: brackets, blue: wedges, green: u-shaped metal fittings, clear: mold forms, yellow: studs. The forms might be changed.Check any damages on materials before using.
